The second half saw WJFC play a more competitive roll but the chances that fell to them were missed badly without troubling the Brandon keeper, the game was finished off when Brandon won a free kick on the 18yd line and from the shot the JFC keeper Dave Smith could only parrie the save into the path of the Brandon encroaching forward who slotted the ball home 3-0 Brandon, JFC got a consolation goal with 15 minutes to go when they were awarded a penalty from which Keith Vincent scored his 7th spot kick of the season sending the Brandon keeper the wrong way F/T Brandon 3-1.
